We are taking off with our second €40-50m fund. Driven to do things differently, we add value to our technical founders through money and getting our hands dirty. As engineers turned investors, we understand the products they are building and can rely on our community of experts in the DeepTech and IndustryTech space.
Our Venture Scouts are crucial to spotting top talent and startups in the DACH region and Europe. As students, startup operators, or researchers, our Scouts are immersed in their local ecosystem or industry, closely following who is about to build something cool next. This way, we get early access to investment opportunities. But our Scouts help us to generally create more awareness of First Momentum within the startup ecosystem. They talk to technical founders at events, hackathons, house parties, or conferences, educate them about our vision of this new kind of VC, and introduce them to our investment team.
